Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and transformation frameworks supporting Go-to-Market functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Build and optimize data models and transformations using tools such as Python, SQL, dbt, and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift). Develop and maintain automated data workflows and orchestration systems (e.g., Airflow) to ensure reliable and timely data delivery. Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate business requirements into structured, scalable, and high-quality data solutions. Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting datasets. Support CI/CD practices and version-controlled development workflows using Git-based tools and modern engineering standards. Enable analytics and reporting by building curated datasets, semantic layers, and well-documented data products for business users. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and dbt, with hands-on experience building scalable data models and transformations. Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or equivalent modern data warehouses. Solid understanding of data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow and workflow automation principles. Experience working with Go-to-Market data domains, including marketing performance, funnel analytics, lead management, and revenue attribution. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and engineering best practices for production-grade data systems.
