We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion. We are looking for a talented Data Engineer to join the Manufacturing Operations, Transportation Operations, and Reverse (MOTOR) organization in support of our Supply Chain Intelligence team. MOTOR manages the manufacturing of datacenter racks and the movement of racks/parts through the supply chain, consisting of transportation, warehousing, and reverse logistics into and out of the data centers. This role performs helps connect the different systems across the supply chain together so operational teams have clean, actionable data to work with. This requires someone with strong analytic skills and business acumen who can work with stakeholders on strategic projects across MOTOR. The ideal candidate relishes working with large volumes of data, enjoys the challenge of highly complex technical contexts, and, above all else, is passionate about data and analytics. Must be an expert working with data modeling with un/structured data, ingestion pipelines and ETL design and business intelligence tools wit
