You are a data engineer who is responsible for building, maintaining, and keeping operational the data pipelines and integrations that supply the Microsoft Fabric platform with data. This role forms the technical backbone of the platform: without a reliable data supply, no other part of the data organization functions. The Data Engineer works within the architectural frameworks established by the Data Governance Board and advised by the Data Platform Lead. You switch easily between scripting and structured programming in typed programming languages, and you’re familiar with software engineering, cloud, provisioning, streaming, and automation.
