We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to own the most complex workstream in a large-scale Snowflake migration engagement: faithfully replicating all ETL and data reconciliation logic from a legacy Talend stack into Snowflake-native tooling (dbt and Snowpark). This is hands-on, deeply technical work — you'll be converting hundreds of transformation jobs, validating every output, and building the data quality infrastructure the rest of the platform depends on. If you're the kind of engineer who gets satisfaction from making legacy pipelines clean, correct, and observable — this one's for you. WHAT YOU'LL DO Migration & Conversion - Inventory and document all existing Talend jobs, transformation logic, and reconciliation rules. - Operate the Datafold Migration Agent for automated bulk migration where supported. - Manually convert ETL jobs that cannot be automated and validate the correctness of each. - P
