We’re hiring an experienced Data Engineer to establish the business function. This is an opportunity to build upon your strong foundations across SQL, data warehouses, web analytics, dashboarding and stakeholder management to identify and deliver data led value across the business. You will have the opportunity to shape that Data Analytics function in a way that suits both your style and our needs. From day one, you will have the independence and responsibility to reduce bottlenecks, manual reporting, inconsistent answers and limited capacity to empower our teams with deep insights. What you’ll do You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Sales, Content and Subscriptions. Your responsibilities will include: * Company dashboards and reporting - Design, build and maintain dashboards used by teams across the business whilst establishing single-source-of-truth reporting where possible * Stakeholder enablement - Work directly with stakeholders to understand their reporting, insight and data needs, clarify the real business problem, and deliver practical analytics solutions that help teams make better decisions. You will be expected to operate independently, ask good questions and turn ambiguous requests into
