Active or current TS/SCI Clearance, 15+ years of experience within DoD, 5 years of hands-on experience in big data analytics, 5 years of hands-on experience with object-oriented and functional languages, Experience in dealing with imperfections in data, Competency in software engineering, Competency in computer programming, Competency in statistical analysis, Competency in data mining algorithms, Competency in machine learning, Competency in modeling, Proven analytical skills, Experience preparing and handling large volumes of data for ETL processes, Experience working with teams in development and interpretation of analytic products, Experience using scripting languages (Python and R), Experience using notebooks (Jupyter Notebooks and RMarkdown), Experience using interactive visualization tools (RShiny, pyShiny, Dash), Experience using big data infrastructure (Spark, Trino, Hadoop, Hive, Neo4J, JanusGraph, HBase, MS SQL Server with Polybase, VMWare), Experience implementing Data Visualization solutions, Understanding of ETL processes, Knowledge of message queuing, Knowledge of stream processing, Knowledge of software design patterns, Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies, Knowledge of methods from operations research, Knowledge of statistical and machine learning, Knowledge of data science, Knowledge of computer science, Knowledge of computer programming concepts, Knowledge of data structures and storage architecture, Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks, Knowledge of modeling and simulation experimentation
