About the Fintech Value Stream team The Fintech Value Stream focuses on delivering technology and data solutions that support finance-related processes across EQT. The team partners closely with finance, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to create scalable platforms and reliable data products that improve operational efficiency, transparency, and insights across financial operations. The team works across modern cloud technologies and data platforms to support reporting, forecasting, reconciliation, and analytics capabilities that enable informed business decisions. About the role You will play an important role in designing, building, and operating EQT’s cloud-based financial data platform. You will work across ingestion, transformation, and data modeling to ensure financial data is reliable, accessible, and structured for analytics and reporting. Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines across finance-related systems and platforms. Ingest and integrate data from APIs, external platforms, enterprise systems, and cloud storage solutions. Develop and maintain data models using dbt on Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms. Structure and model data around key financial entities such as transactions, reporting structures, portfolios, and operational metrics. Enable analytics and reporting through tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and AI-enabled analytics solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve pipeline reliability, performance, and data quality. Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, analytics, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Contri
