What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Data Science, or a related field, Minimum of three years of experience in data management, data coordination, research administration, or data analysis, working knowledge of data collection, management, and analysis platforms, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, organizational skills, attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, Ability to work at the University of Notre Dame without visa sponsorship

Nice to Have

Knowledge of psychological, clinical, or community-based research, Experience supporting longitudinal research studies and/or randomized clinical trials, Experience working with vulnerable populations, Experience collaborating across university, clinical, school, and community-based systems, Experience working in school-based or community service settings, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

What You'll Do.

Collaborate with faculty

Provide consultation on database design

Provide consultation on variable structure

Provide consultation on data workflows

Provide consultation on data management best practices

Support project teams that manage portions of their

Provide guidance and oversight to promote consistency

Provide guidance and oversight to promote quality

Provide guidance and oversight to promote responsible data

Implement and monitor quality control procedures

Troubleshoot data issues

Support continuous process improvement

Prepare datasets for analysis

Prepare datasets for reporting

Prepare datasets for archiving

Prepare datasets for public sharing

Prepare datasets for compliance with institutional requirements

Prepare datasets for compliance with funder requirements

Participate actively in staff meetings

Participate actively in trainings
