supports data accuracy for fulfillment for our customers
Create and maintain all production item data within the QAD ERP system
Update Finished Goods
items and routings to Final Estimates and prepare for approval process
First approver in Docusign procedure for product specifications
Conduct regular audits of Item data to identify and resolve discrepancies
Maintain effective dates for Finished Good items and provide insights to optimize inventory management and production scheduling
Create all Ship-to addresses
Manage planning tools for Procurement
Maintain data and provide an overview to Validation Engineers for serialized shipments
Troubleshoot Bill of Lading issues and resolve discrepancies
Create items for the Sample program
Maintain order schedule for customer supplied goods
Enter customer item code data into Supplier Item Maintenance
Discontinue items for end-of-life cycle
provided through Veeva QMS
Provide new replacement items requested via the Data Control Request Form
Create Master Comments providing instructions on Work Orders
Assign item numbers and maintain Item Master Form
Provide training for new employees on Data Control processes to support “right first time” processes

**SUMMARY** This is a critical path role for Sharp as it is responsible for creating and maintaining production item data and supports data accuracy for strong fulfillment for our customers.
