What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience designing and delivering data platforms across Azure, AWS or similar, data engineering, transformation and modern data platform experience, Experience in regulated sectors with understanding of data governance and compliance, Experience supporting M&A or large-scale data integrations, Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide direction, Experience defining governance frameworks including data quality and lineage, consultative approach and stakeholder management, Commercial awareness of cost, risk, and business impact, Comfortable working in ambiguity
