Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines for HR, payroll, and workforce data integration Execute data migration activities into Workday and ensure seamless integration with downstream systems Develop and enforce data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance frameworks Perform pre- and post-load checks including payroll reconciliation, completeness, and duplication analysis Optimise SQL queries and ETL processes to ensure scalability and performance Coordinate data migration activities across HR, IT, payroll, and external vendors Support cutover planning and execution from a data perspective Implement and uphold data governance, compliance, and control frameworks Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Consultant, Data Migration Specialist, or Data Integration Engineer Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM implementations and data migration projects Advanced SQL skills with solid ETL development expertise Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce data structures Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes Ability to manage complex data migration activities across multiple stakeholders Knowledge of data governance principles and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with Workday Payroll or integration tools is a plus Familiarity with Agile delivery environments is advantageous Benefits: Competitive salary package Fully remote working within EMEA/APAC/India regions Opportunity to work on large-scale Workday transformation programmes Exposure to global HR and payroll systems and complex data environments Career development in enterprise data and Workday consulting Collaborative, international project environment Involvement in high-impact transformation initiatives ## Additional Information How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly ag
