Mass appraisal data collection training is provided **Minimum Qualifications** : * Must have a High School diploma/GED, two years of college and/or five years of general clerical work experience. * One year of progressively responsible experience in in appraisal, building trades, construction and /or homes sales and one year residential data collection and property measurement preferred * Must possess problem-solving skills, spatial ability to read maps and locate physical location, math skills and work independently. * Must possess/maintain valid Missouri/Kansas Driver's License and provide reliable transportation and insurance. * Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen. _If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you 'll enjoy your career with us! _
