Full Job Description
Team Summary We are a Data Collection team focused on improving smart home devices and features through high-quality data. The data we collect supports machine learning training, evaluation, testing, and performance benchmarking, helping teams develop new capabilities and improve detection quality for customers. We recreate real-world scenarios and edge cases in various indoor and outdoor environments using both production and pre-release devices. We also perform comparative analysis of device motion detection performance across different generations, generating insights that help determine device readiness for mass production. Job Summary We are looking for a Data Collection Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will deep-dive into the specifics of smart home device functionality and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence device/feature performance/detection quality improvement.
