What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, building sciences, or related technical field OR business administration degree with Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent project management certification, Five (5) or more years of experience in Facility Management, Property Management, Asset Data Management, or related field, Demonstrated experience leading field teams and managing project execution from initiation through completion, Proficiency with mobile technology systems (iOS/Android), Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel), Valid Driver's License, U. S. Passport (or ability to obtain), OSHA-10 Construction Industry
Nice to Have
Proven experience performing data collection on building systems, with knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire/Life Safety (MEPFLS) systems and other facility maintenance equipment, Working knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, Former Facility Maintenance/Management experience, Experience with IoT devices, including function and deployment, Demonstrable experience with growing client relationships or expanding scope of work within existing engagements, Familiarity with client Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), or similar platforms

Exercise supervisory responsibility for field producers and junior
Monitor team production

Mentor and train junior staff members
Review and approve time tracking and expense reports
Serve as primary point of contact for client
Adhere to client site visit protocols
Maintain professional representation of JLL
Contribute to development
and execution of project
Participate and collaborate in business development activities
Identify ancillary opportunities in related services
Provide data quality control checks
Ensure photographs are taken of representative systems and
