Ensure all 7S storage standards are met

Maintain highest level of inventory accuracy

Deliver and collect spare stock

Transport parts between warehouses and data centers

Coordinate removal of waste and used equipment

Engage with removal or recycling companies

Procure packaging materials

Package equipment before final removal

Work with local AWS Environmental teams

The role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to make sound judgement. As a strategist and implementer, the Logistics Manager ensures streamlined activities within the organization that guarantee success for the business, and ceaselessly drives their team to invent and simplify at a local, regional, and potentially cross-regional scale. The most critical aspect of being a Logistics Manager is the successful development and coaching of those under them.
