What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or similar experience, or a related field, Minimum 7 years proven experience in data center operations, preferably in a leadership role, knowledge of data center infrastructure, electrical systems, cooling technologies, and security protocols, knowledge in data center networks, passive infrastructure, knowledge in network and IT hardware infrastructure, Familiarity with local regulations, market dynamics, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively, problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines, Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence
