Must Have
Experience supporting datacentre infrastructure, including servers, network hardware, and storage systems., Troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and infrastructure issues., Working knowledge of Linux system administration, Familiarity with networking protocols, topologies, and troubleshooting (e. g. , TCP/IP, BGP, VLANs)., Understanding of datacentre cooling, power distribution, and resiliency best practices., Experience working in large-scale cloud or datacentre environments.

Salary range: £30,000-£35,000 The Role: We are seeking multiple Level 1 Data Centre Engineers to support ongoing operations at our customers data centre in Hayes. This role is hands-on and business-critical, ensuring the smooth installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of data centre infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting, break-fix and maintenance of high-performance datacentre systems that include GPUs, networking, cooling, and storage technologies. This role is critical to guaranteeing uptime, performance, and reliability of infrastructure and requires strong collaboration with engineering, operations, and vendor partners in order to meet our SLAs.
