This team focuses on land transactions, mid-markets and alternative asset classes including data centres, healthcare, education, and other sectors. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients across the digital infrastructure ecosystem, executing complex transactions and providing strategic guidance on data centre facilities, colocation services, hyperscale deployments, and edge computing infrastructure. ** _Key Responsibilities_** Transaction Leadership & Execution Lead and execute sophisticated transactions across the data centre value chain. You will manage leasing assignments for colocation space, wholesale data centre facilities and build-to-suit developments. _Business Development & Strategic Client Management_ Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders is central to this role. Your network should span data centre operators and REITs, hyperscale cloud providers, colocation providers, institutional investors and private equity firms, enterprise technology clients, telecom carriers and connectivity providers, and data centre developers and construction firms.
