What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school or equivalent diploma, 1+ years computer/server hardware troubleshooting, 1+ years related IT experience, Ability to work flexible schedule
Nice to Have
Experience managing work through ticketing system, Experience working in Data Center environment, Associate's degree or technical certification, Equivalent professional or military experience, Understanding of network design, Understanding of network protocols, Understanding of layer 1/2 troubleshooting
What You'll Do.
Perform server rack installations
Perform hardware break-fix
Troubleshoot network issues
Respond to operational incidents
Escalate issues as needed
Serve as primary contact point
Perform on-call duties
Participate in scheduled maintenance
