What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate's degree in IT-related field or equivalent professional or military experience, 2+ years of experience with server hardware, 1+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with Dell, HP hardware, Networking experience with CCNA and/or Network+ certifications, Previous experience working in a Data Center environment, Associate's degree in IT-related field plus two years of progressively responsible experience

The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations. This position involves in-depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair as well as participating in an on-call rotation.
