What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years experience working in a data center as a technician or similar role installing, configuring, and troubleshooting server and network equipment, Firm understanding of GPU hardware and liquid cooled rack solutions, Firm understanding of servers, network equipment, and datacenter facility services like power, cooling, and cross connections to service providers, Experience with troubleshooting, building, repairing, and upgrading servers, Availability to work any shift, or day including weekends and holidays
Nice to Have
Experience with large scale network and server deployments, Ability to work independently to manage projects within the facility, organizational skills, Superb communication skills, Ability to to work as part of a team
What You'll Do.
Install and maintain servers and network equipment
and infrastructure issues
Coordinate facility services maintenance
Run hardware diagnostics
Replace failing parts
Work with vendor warranty technicians
Identify issues and improve efficiency
Setup and maintain spare parts inventory
Upgrade internal system components
Maintain infrastructure documentation
Escalate issues as needed
