What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in data center operations, direct experience in hardware installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, understanding of data center infrastructure, networking, servers, storage systems, Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, Effective communication and collaboration skills, commitment to working as part of a national operations team, Willingness and ability to travel as needed, Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, alternating between 3-day and 4-day work weeks, comfortable with either day OR night shifts

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Relevant technical certifications (e. g. , CompTIA, Cisco), Experience with GPUs, Experience with liquid cooling
