What You'll Do.
Operate MEP plant safely
Maintain MEP plant safely
Monitor power conditions
Monitor environmental conditions
Perform assigned maintenance tasks
Assist with planning corrective maintenance
Assist with scheduling corrective maintenance
Escort outside contractors
Support outside contractors
Respond to site incidents
Execute MOP/EOP documentation
Communicate throughout event
Support Change Control policies
Follow Change Control procedures
Report issues to site management
Participate in construction activities
Participate in commissioning activities
Adhere to safety laws
Complete other duties
Support MOP/SOP/EOP documentation process
Support development of site policies
Support development of site standards
Deliver 100% uptime of critical infrastructure

The Data Center Technician is responsible for the reliable operation, maintenance, and optimization of mission-critical data center infrastructure. This role serves as a technical authority on shift, leading operational execution, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring adherence to safety, change management, and operational excellence standards. The Data Center Technician plays a key role in protecting critical load, reducing operational risk, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED ON-SITE IN COVINGTON, GA. We will offer relocation assistance to all candidates who meet the requirements and are willing to move. ## Key Accountabilities Ensure that all MEP plant and distribution infrastructure is operated and maintained in a safe manner, to best industry practice and within manufacturers recommendations.
