What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years computer/server hardware troubleshooting, 2+ years IT-related experience, 2+ years computer layer 1/2 networking, Troubleshooting and repair experience, Work flexible schedule, Work weekends, nights, and holidays
Nice to Have
Knowledge of network design, Knowledge of network protocols, Knowledge of network troubleshooting, Knowledge of Linux/Unix Administration, Bachelor's degree in IT-related field, Professional or military IT-related roles, Experience in data center, Experience in critical environment, Experience training new team members, Experience onboarding new team members
What You'll Do.
Perform server rack installations
Perform hardware break-fix
Troubleshoot network issues
Respond to operational incidents
Carry out routine network repairs
