Must Have
2+ years computer hardware troubleshooting, 1+ years computer networking, Australian citizen, Hold or eligible for security clearance

Experience with customers during problem resolution, Operating efficiently under pressure
What You'll Do.
Prioritize and resolve trouble tickets
Troubleshoot server issues
Troubleshoot XEN service virtualization
Troubleshoot technical issues on platforms
Remediate physical layer outages
Remediate physical power issues on racks
Participate in power and cooling events
Install and configure racks of hosts
Triage and resolve trouble tickets
Act as Data Center point of contact
Perform physical replacement of server parts
Perform physical replacement of network parts
Ensure correct rotation of parts and spares
Help define metrics to increase customer uptime
Enforce security best practices
Interact with third party vendors
Interact with contractors
Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency
Engage with Remote Hands & Eyes
Participate in projects
Participate in team meetings
Help educate less technical staff
Get involved in hiring process
Participate in candidate interviews
