Prioritize and resolve trouble tickets
Escalate systems and problems
Troubleshoot server issues
Troubleshoot XEN virtualization
Troubleshoot technical issues
Remediate physical layer outages
Remediate physical power issues
Participate in power & cooling events
Meet 24x7 on-call requirements
Install and configure racks
Triage and resolve trouble tickets
Act as Data Center point of contact
Replace server and network parts
Ensure correct rotation of parts
Define metrics to increase uptime
Enforce security best practices
Interact with third party vendors
Contribute ideas to improve efficiency
Engage with Remote Hands & Eyes
Participate in projects
Participate in team meetings
Educate less technical staff
Get involved in hiring process
Conduct candidate interviews
