We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Microsoft Word and SharePoint. In addition, they will be managing workflows, a procedure matrix, and procedure tracking from creation to approval. This person will also be responsible for writing detailed and specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) for our team across multiple disciplines. These include electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire life safety. Responsibilities: * Write clear, concise, and technical documents, including SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, that are easy to understand and follow. * Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and develop accurate, comprehensive documentation. * Manage and organize the documentation workflow, ensuring all documents are updated and approved in a timely manner. * Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documents. * Ability to learn in-depth mechanical and electrical theories and systems.
