In this role you will be part of a team that drives AWS's data center contract negotiations, with a focus on colocation projects. You will play a crucial part in expanding our data center footprint while optimizing costs, keeping apace with evolving data center design, and ensuring operational excellence. The position encompasses comprehensive ownership of both new and existing colocation agreements, including pricing structures, terms, and service level agreements, while developing and implementing market expansion strategies across existing and new markets. The role focuses on structuring deals and serves as the primary contact with colocation providers. The position requires strong market analysis capabilities to evaluate conditions, pricing trends, and competitive landscapes, along with the ability to create and present compelling business cases to senior leadership.
