Must Have
B. S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture., 10+ years of experience managing complex, fast-track construction projects, with a minimum of 5 years in data centers or mission-critical facilities., Deep understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and commissioning processes (Levels 1-5).
Nice to Have
PMP or similar professional certification., Proficiency with scheduling software (e. g. , Primavera P6, MS Project).

About the Role We’re looking for a DC Construction Sr. Project Manager to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all phases of a major data center construction project as the on-site owner's representative, managing the general contractor, sub-trades, budget, and schedule from groundbreaking through final commissioning and handover, working closely with cross-functional partners to support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact.
