What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of professional work experience, 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience, Minimum of 1 year of experience collecting, analysing, and leveraging data to drive process and system improvements
Nice to Have
1+ years of customer facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work experience, Tertiary degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, Experience in security operations, risk management, incident response or equivalent, 1+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience
What You'll Do.
Interface with and assist in mobilizing vendors
Provide access control management support
Observe and report physical security system anomalies
Observe and report security incidents and policy breaches
Coordinate the activities of a professional contract guard
Oversee individual security vendor deliverables
Track service delivery
Request corrective actions from vendors
Foster working relationships to educate stakeholders on false
Observe improvements through data analysis
Verify Data Center security programs are delivered to
Develop strategies for improving electronic surveillance and access
Draft reports on the status of physical security
Prepare presentations on the status of physical security
Collaborate with security managers in writing security processes
Collaborate with security managers in implementing security procedures
Serve as a customer advocate
Identify security-related opportunities
Craft innovative solutions that maintain high security standards
