Key job responsibilities -Deliver Results -Oversee contract security staff and daily operations -Manage data center security -Coordinate with security vendors -Maintain availability for emergency response -Monitor and ensure functionality of security systems -Ownership -Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and improvement plans -Ensure proper protocol adherence by all personnel -Oversee access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems -Manage facility access badge issuance -Maintain security equipment through regular inspections -Implement preventative maintenance programs -Bias for Action -Investigate security incidents and provide notifications -Involvement in emergency response plans and evacuation procedures -Develop relationships with law enforcement and emergency services -Customer Obsession -Generate security incident reports -Prepare and deliver presentations to business partners -Support internal security evaluations -Ensure compliance with corporate security standards -Earn Trust -Identify security-related opportunities -Develop innovative security solutions -Ensure professional security interactions About the team AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.
