About the Role We’re hiring a Data Center Security Assurance Manager to lead structured, evidence-based assessments across Nscale’s owned data centers and colocation sites, identify physical security gaps, and drive remediation through to validated closure. This role sits within the physical security function and partners closely with site teams, colocation providers, regional managers, and the VP of Physical Security. You will also work in support of customer audit activity, helping sites prepare for visits and serving as the on-site physical security subject matter expert when required. Your work will directly strengthen audit readiness across the estate by ensuring controls are properly assessed, documented, and improved. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong physical security judgment with rigorous reporting and follow-through, helping translate findings into meaningful, measurable remediation.
