Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in risk, project management, construction, infrastructure, or operations, Familiarity with risk management frameworks, Basic understanding of data center infrastructure, Highly entrepreneurial spirit, Ownership mindset, Deep working knowledge of financial, technology, and infrastructure risks, Excellent analytical skills, Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
Data center or mission-critical environment experience preferred, Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or real estate development projects, Knowledge of construction risk, Knowledge of contract risk, Knowledge of vendor management, Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, or NIST, Relevant certifications, Demonstrated success in building an enterprise risk management function, Experience in a high-growth, regulated environment
