Must Have
Proven experience managing documentation and project controls for large-scale data center projects, Experience with mission-critical construction industry standards and practices, Proficiency in ACONEX or similar document management platforms, understanding of project workflow structures and management processes, Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors on technical documentation, Ability to generate comprehensive project reports covering design status, RFPs, RFIs, material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings

Implement document management procedures
and verify accuracy of documents
and tracking of documents
Establish and maintain filing systems
Prepare timely and accurate data reports
Follow up on priority items
Coordinate client approval processes
Generate comprehensive reports
Update and maintain project logs
Conduct periodic data validation checks
Ensure accurate and timely processing of reports
Maintain complete controlled copies of documentation
Archive all technical and non-technical documents
and monitor document control staff
Provide guidance and assign responsibilities
Ensure functional implementation and maintenance of systems
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on technical documentation; Follow up on priority items with managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors; Coordinate client approval processes for contractor submittals; Coordinate, supervise, and monitor document control staff activities and deliverables; Provide guidance and assign appropriate responsibilities to document control team members
