We are looking for an experienced program manager with a background that includes project management to join our operations team and focus on building the future of onboarding and orientation for new builders who work in AWS Data Centers. In this role, you will report directly into the local business leadership team and take general direction from a global onboarding program. The ideal candidate will have experience with instruction management, be a highly organized self-starter with a strong bias for action, be able to work through ambiguity, and have the ability to lead with informal authority. This position will innovate how we design, build, deliver, and measure onboarding and orientation, which will improve the experience for new AWS Data Center Community builders around the world. Key job responsibilities - Design and enhance onboarding systems by collaborating with stakeholders to develop, implement, and continuously improve the end-to-end orientation experience for new builders across your region and globally. - Coordinate complex logistics and scheduling for orientation activities, including managing instructor schedules, facilities, materials, and communications across multiple cross-functional teams. - Partner across teams to align onboarding processes with operational updates, ensure smooth execution of orientation activities, and facilitate seamless account creation and system access for new hires. - Develop and track metrics that measure the effectiveness of onboarding programs, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decisions to enhance the new hire experience. - Manage communications and support for new builders through multiple channels—including e
