What They're Looking For.
Must Have
high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, 1+ years of computer networking experience
Nice to Have
Experience in a data center or other critical environment, Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system, Understanding of network design, protocols and troubleshooting, An Associates degree or 2+ years of professional or military experience in an IT related field
What You'll Do.
Perform server rack installations
Perform hardware break-fix
Troubleshoot network issues
Respond to operational incidents
Escalate to senior technicians and management
Serve as a primary contact point
Perform on-call duties
Participate in scheduled maintenance
Participate in change management activities
Contribute to documentation
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Analyze operational issues
Train new team members
