Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 2-3 years of hands-on data center or IT hardware experience, Solid understanding of server, storage, and network hardware systems with troubleshooting capabilities, Experience with structured cabling installation and repair for both fiber and copper systems, Proficiency with diagnostic tools including BMC interfaces (iDRAC, iLO) and CLI tools for system recovery, Knowledge of IT service management processes including ticketing systems and change management protocols, Ability to work within SLA timeframes in high-pressure, mission-critical environments, documentation skills and experience with asset tracking databases and maintenance logs
Nice to Have
Associate degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or related technical field, Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or vendor-specific certifications, Experience with DCIM tools (Sunbird preferred) and site monitoring systems, Basic knowledge of root cause analysis and incident resolution reporting, Previous experience working with OEM vendor support processes and warranty logistics, Familiarity with data center commissioning/decommissioning and lifecycle management activities, Experience mentoring junior technical staff in hardware troubleshooting procedures
What You'll Do.

Follow data center change management processes for all break/fix interventions and document work in ticketing systems
Mentor and train Level technicians while escalating complex issues to senior staff or engineering teams as necessary
