The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Center Operations Technician to support the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure within a mission-critical data center environment in Lappeenranta, Finland. The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background and experience working with power distribution systems, industrial maintenance, or critical facilities operations. This role is responsible for ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and safety of data center electrical and mechanical systems while supporting 24/7 operations. Key Responsibilities Critical Infrastructure Operations Operate and maintain critical electrical systems including: UPS systems Medium- and low-voltage switchgear Transformers Backup generators ATS/STS equipment Battery systems Power distribution units (PDUs) Monitor facility systems using BMS/EPMS platforms. Perform routine inspections and operational checks of critical infrastructure. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and alarms. Support emergency response and incident recovery activities. Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenan
