What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of networking and troubleshooting experience, 1+ years of relevant experience in data center operations, IT support, or a similar technical field, Willingness to participate in a primary responder rotation, Support 24/7 data center operations
Nice to Have
Experience in a data center or other critical environment, Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent professional or military experience in a relevant field, Understanding of network design, protocols and troubleshooting, Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system, Understanding of in-depth hardware knowledge
