What You'll Achieve.
Establish standardized security policies, procedures, and operational playbooks across all sites; Define security governance frameworks aligned with industry standards; Implement and manage access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and monitoring platforms; Develop and maintain incident response and escalation procedures; Support audits, customer assurance activities, and regulatory compliance; Establish KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Industry & Context.
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and threat modeling; Lead security incident investigations and corrective action planning
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in physical security or risk management, Experience managing multi-site security programs, Experience supporting audits and compliance frameworks, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
CPP, PSP, CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications, Experience in data-center, colocation, or hyperscale environments, Experience managing large security vendors and contracts
