3+ years IT infrastructure experience, Basic data center facilities understanding, Solid Linux/Unix Administration, Server Hardware Troubleshooting

Nice to Have

Data center operation experience, Network certification, Scripting skills, Project coordination/management experience, Bilingual (Korean/English)

What You'll Do.

Resolve trouble tickets

Troubleshoot Linux servers

Troubleshoot XEN virtualization

Remediate physical layer outages

Participate in power & cooling events

Install & configure racks

Triage trouble tickets

Resolve trouble tickets for devices

Replace server devices

Replace network devices

Define metrics for uptime

Enforce Security Best Practices

Interact with vendors
