Must Have
10+ years operations and on-call support, 2+ years data center engineering or operations, 5+ years defining and implementing process improvement, Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration, Minimum 6 years managing managers, Stringent time management skills, Experience in operational strategy, Experience in change management, Knowledge of industry standards, Budget management skills, Skills in developing operational procedures
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology, Master's degree or above in engineering, management, or technology, Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, Experience leading large teams, Experience operating mission-critical online services, Knowledge of technology principles and services
