Computer/Server hardware troubleshooting experience, Computer networking including Fiber troubleshooting experience and theory, 2+ years experience in relevant field
Nice to Have
LINUX Operating System, Hardware or Networking certifications, Knowledge in cloud computing environments, Understanding of IT service management, Data Center environment safety and security
What You'll Do.
Manage hardware lifecycle of IT infrastructure
Maintain upkeep of data center infrastructure
Perform server rack installation
Perform hardware break-fix on components
Troubleshoot network issues
Respond to emergent situations affecting operational stability
Meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets
Perform first line touch point for hardware troubleshooting
Perform on-call duties
Participate in Data Center operations
Handle scheduled maintenance
Handle change management activities
Monitor data center infrastructure
Participate in team meetings for metric analysis
Discuss achieving daily/weekly goals
Apply knowledge of policies and procedures
Contribute to documentation on technical issues
Perform root cause analysis for operational issues
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Assist in training less experienced members
Support DC infrastructure equipment
Follow ticket-based instructions
Perform systematic problem resolution
Perform routine operation activities on hardware
Perform server break/fix
Maintain tidiness in operation areas
