Must Have
Minimum 4 years of experience in design and construction management of critical infrastructures (hospitals or data centers with minimum 5MW capacity), 10+ years of experience in the construction sector managing projects and works, Fluency in both spoken and written English and French
Nice to Have
Experience working within companies with hierarchical structures and established internal procedures
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary client contact
Lead feasibility studies
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Manage long lead equipment procurement
Develop project management plans
Manage OFCI equipment oversight
Develop procurement strategies
Manage project/construction package tenders
Lead supplier selection processes
Prepare technical documentation
Issue award recommendations
Organize and lead project monitoring meetings
Prepare meeting minutes
Prepare periodic progress reports
Control change orders
Control billing processes
Manage and oversee commissioning
