2 years consulting engineering experience, Mechanical design experience

Nice to Have

Data Center/Mission Critical experience, Uptime Topology standards knowledge, ASHRAE TC 9.9 knowledge, ASHRAE 90.4 knowledge, ISO standards PUE knowledge, ISO standards CUE knowledge, ISO standards WUE knowledge, Bluebeam Revu proficiency, AFT Fathom proficiency, HVAC loads program proficiency, Newforma Project Center knowledge, ProjectWise Document Management knowledge, Revit BIM modeling familiarity

What You'll Do.

Assist with mechanical design

Understand project requirements

Provide detailed design

Coordinate with multidisciplinary team

Attend design meetings

Conduct schematic work sessions

Conduct design development work sessions

Conduct contract document work sessions

Participate in code compliance reviews

Support design during construction

Perform field observations

Support Request for Information

Perform other duties as needed
