Prioritize and assign trouble tickets
Review ticket queue for large events
Coordinate change management resources
train and educate data staff
Manage and deliver mid-size projects
and oversee policies and procedures
Manage a diverse team of data technicians
Provide weekly report to the data center manager
Maintain the on-call schedule
Recruit and train data technicians
Host weekly staff meetings
Write and deliver performance reviews
