Your day-to-day will involve guiding a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, physical repairs, and new equipment installations while developing and implementing best practices to maximize uptime. You will serve as the key point of contact for all on-site activities, responding to technical emergencies and coordinating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, ensuring the reliability and performance of our critical infrastructure.
