What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years experience working in a data center/critical facility, Experience with building systems, including: UPS systems, emergency generators, and switchgears, Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills, Working knowledge of computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite and CMMS
Nice to Have
Universal EPA 608 certification, Trained in NFPA70E
What You'll Do.
Run the shift and ensure all members complete trainings
Review work tickets and delegate assignments
Act as first point of contact for emergencies
and perform preventive maintenance
Analyze system operations and determine cause of malfunctions
Comply with departmental policy for hazardous materials
Maintain a clean and safe workplace
Learn and understand data center site operations
Work order management
Understand and comply with emergency escalation procedures
Perform additional job duties as required
