You will become the senior resolver for your support team and able to troubleshoot and solve complex infrastructure issues. You will help create and maintain documentation on the technologies you support and be the primary escalation point for junior staff. You know how to innovate and make decisions on your own, but also know how to take direction when it is given, paying attention to all details involved.
