Must Have
1+ years computer networking experience, 1+ years Linux operating systems experience, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting, Lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds

Work in cramped spaces, Work in elevated locations, Deal effectively with customers, Operate efficiently under pressure, Manage work through ticketing system, Cabling infrastructure best practices, Work in a data center environment
What You'll Do.
Prioritize trouble tickets
Resolve trouble tickets
Troubleshoot server issues
Troubleshoot technical issues
Remediate physical layer outages
Remediate physical power issues
Participate in power events
Participate in cooling events
Meet on-call requirements
Respond during shift rotations
Install racks of hosts
Configure racks of hosts
Triage trouble tickets
Resolve trouble tickets
Replace network device parts
Ensure correct parts rotation
Ensure correct spares rotation
Increase customer uptime
Enforce security best practices
Interact with vendors
